ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (“Company”) informs its Dear Investors of the following:
The Company previously provided information that it has built up a significant Magyar Telekom share position in line with its strategy regarding the capital market pillar. The Company informs its Dear Investors that the majority of the Magyar Telekom share position was closed today. As a result of the above, the Company’s liquid assets have increased to approximately HUF 2.7 billion. In the Board's view, it correctly saw the opportunity in the investment, based on fundamentals, which allowed it to close most of its positions at around 3.5 times the entry price. Although the Board of Directors sees further opportunities in the security concerned, as in its view its future price movements are less driven by fundamentals, it has decided to close the most of the position. The Company continues to monitor potential opportunities arising in the capital market pillar of its strategy, and will inform its Dear Shareholders about the results of this in its financial reports.
