SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on October 27, 2025 the Company sold 3 350 (three thousand three hundred and fifty) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 8 994.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.68.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 395 350 representing 3.60% of the share capital of the Company.
