SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on January 12, 2026 the Company sold 40 600 (forty thousand and six hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 77 043.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.90.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 438 811 representing 2.49% of the share capital of the Company.
