SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on February 23, 2026 the Company sold 85 653 (eighty-five thousand six hundred and fifty-three) treasury shares representing 0.02% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 162 742.29 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.90.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 131 677 representing 2.25% of the share capital of the Company.
