SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on February 06, 2026 the Company sold 163 750 (one hundred sixty-three thousand seven hundred and fifty) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 309 795.75 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.89.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 419 841 representing 2.30% of the share capital of the Company.
