SPH Annual meeting with investors of "Sopharma" AD

Sofia, Bulgaria, February 11, 2026 – In accordance with the requirements of Art. 100t of the the Law on Public Offering of Securities, Sopharma AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) invites all interested parties to an investor meeting, which will be held on 27 February, 2026 at the Event Center of Sopharma Business Towers at 5 Lachezar Stanchev Str., Sofia, starting at 2:00 p.m..
During the meeting, you will be able to discuss topics related to the performance and development of the Company with representatives of the management of Sopharma AD.
