SPH Reminder for Annual Investor Meeting on 27 February 2026

Sofia, Bulgaria, February 23, 2026 – Sopharma AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) invites all interested parties to an investor meeting, which will be held on 27 February, 2026 at the Event Center of Sopharma Business Towers at 5 Lachezar Stanchev Str., Sofia, starting at 2:00 p.m..
During the meeting, you will be able to discuss topics related to the performance and development of the Company with representatives of the management of Sopharma AD.
