SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on February 27, 2026 the Company sold 2 560 (two thousand five hundred and sixty) treasury shares representing 0.0005% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 4 787.20 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.87.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 041 817 representing 2.23% of the share capital of the Company.
