SPH Notification for successful completion of the subscription for the public offering of a warrant issue with ISIN № BG9200001253
Sofia, Bulgaria, March 2, 2026 – In accordance with the requirements of Art. 100t of the Public Offering of Securities Act, “ Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that the subscription for the public offering of the warrants issue of the Company with ISIN № BG9200001253 completed successfully .
The results of the public offering are as follows: • Closing date of the public offering – 25.02.2026 • Total number of rights issued – 539 157 603 (five hundred thirty-nine million one hundred fifty-seven thousand six hundred and three) units. • Total number of warrants offered for subscription – 8 985 960 (eight million nine hundred eighty-five thousand nine hundred and sixty) units. • Total number of subscribed and paid warrants – 8 985 800 (eight million nine hundred eighty-five thousand eight hundred) units. • Amount received against the subscribed and paid warrants on the savings account opened at United Bulgarian Bank AD – €1 258 012 (one million two hundred fifty-eight thousand and twelve euros). • Amount of all expenses for the public offering to date – 26 580.10 (twenty-six thousand five hundred and eighty euros and ten euro cents). • During the subscription, the Company and the servicing intermediary did not encounter any difficulties, disputes or the like in the trading of the rights and the registration of the warrants, with the exception of overpaid amounts of €1 704.36 (one thousand seven hundred and four euros and thirty-six euro cents), which represent duplicate amounts and will be refunded to the relevant persons after the release of the funds received in the collection account.
