SPH Publication of a document prepared in accordance with Article 1(5)(ba) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129

Sofia, Bulgaria, 7 November 2025 – In accordance with the requirements of Article 21(3) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on the prospectus to be published when securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated market, and repealing Directive 2003/71/EC (“Regulation (EU) 2017/1129”), “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) has published a document prepared in accordance with Article 1(5)(ba) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129. The document has been prepared for the purpose of seeking the admission and introduction of 404,359,704 shares in Sopharma AD to trading on the regulated (main) market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
