SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares
Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on November 11, 2025 the Company sold 600 (six hundred) treasury shares representing 0.0001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 1 624.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.71.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 306 515 representing 3.58% of the share capital of the Company.
