CLE Correction of Current Report No. 25/2025

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A., informs that Current Report No. 25/2025 dated 17 November 2025 contained an error consisting of an incorrect indication of the nominal value of a single Series A1 bond: PLN 2,500.00 instead of PLN 5,000.00.
