CLE Receipt of Notice Regarding Termination of the Agreement with Global Tech Opportunities 31

The Board of Directors of COAL ENERGY S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 7 May 2026 the Company received from Global Tech Opportunities 31 (the “Investor”) a notice regarding the termination of the agreement concerning the issuance and subscription of convertible bonds into new shares together with share subscription warrants, concluded on 12 September 2025.
