CLE Registration of the Company’s shares in KDPW and introduction of the shares to trading on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Board of Directors of COAL ENERGY S.A. informs that, pursuant to communication of the Central Securities Depository of Poland No. ONPZ/2026/032 dated 16 September 2026, on 18 September 2026 2,270,740 ordinary bearer shares of the Company, with a nominal value of USD 0.01 each were registered with KDPW S.A.
