CLE Regarding the admission and introduction to trading on the WSE shares of COAL ENERGY S.A.

The Board of Directors of Coal Energy S.A. (hereinafter the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 15 September 2026 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted Resolution No. 1314/2026 concerning the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the WSE Main Market shares of the Issuer.
