SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares
Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 05, 2025 the Company sold 11 200 (eleven thousand two hundred) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 30 950.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.76.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 18 836 555 representing 3.49% of the share capital of the Company.
