SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 11, 2025 the Company sold 42 500 (forty-two thousand and five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 119 300.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.81.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 531 895 representing 2.70% of the share capital of the Company.
