SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 16, 2025 the Company sold 137 700 (one hundred thirty-seven thousand and seven hundred) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 392 635.70 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.85.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 207 745 representing 2.64% of the share capital of the Company.
