SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on January 19, 2026 the Company sold 7 800 (seven thousand and eight hundred) treasury shares representing 0.001% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 15 134.25 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.94.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 277 623 representing 2.46% of the share capital of the Company.
