SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on January 20, 2026 the Company sold 17 849 (seventeen thousand eight hundred and forty-nine) treasury shares representing 0.003% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 35 290.02 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.98.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 259 774 representing 2.46% of the share capital of the Company.
