Soós (who is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Company) and Whiteless Rock Tanácsadó Zártkorűen Működő Részvénytárság (which is a legal entity closely related to Ferenc Virág, member of the Board of Directors) have today informed the Company of the following: Csaba Soós sold 2.1 million ENEFI ordinary shares (issuer: ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt., ISIN: HU0000089198) in an OTC transaction today (2026. 02. 05.) at a price of HUF 243.9974 per share.
