following based on the notification of the Romanian operation: The liquidator of E-Star Mures Energy SA informed today that the bankruptcy proceedings of E-Star Mures Energy SA have been closed, as a result of which the suspensions have also been lifted. Background: Previously, the Company informed that following the conclusion of the legal dispute with the Municipality of Târgu Mureș, the liquidator initiated the procedure for the final termination of E-Star Mures Energy SA, given that no further income was expected for the company.
