WSE Delayed public disclosure of the inside information relating to termination of installment arrangements with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)

Pursuant to Art. 17 par. 1 and 4 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) no. 596/2014 dated 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (the “MAR”), the Management Board of Work Service S.A. (the “Company”), discloses the following inside information whose public disclosure was delayed by the Company on 12 December 2019 pursuant to Art. 17 par. 4 of the MAR:
On December 12, 2019, the Issuer became acquainted with the letter from the Social Insurance Institution („ZUS”) of December 3, 2019, in which ZUS informed the Company about termination of the installment arrangements of February 28, concerning outstanding social security contributions. ZUS pointed out that the installment arrangements may be maintained if there are justified economic reasons or other reasons that ZUS considers justified. However, the condition for maintaining the agreements in force is, among others repayment of outstanding arrangement installments, payment of current contributions and submission of an application for maintenance of installment arrangements within 7 days. As a result of the analysis, the Issuer has determined that it is justified to classify the above information as confidential information within the meaning of art. 17 sec. 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.
