WSE Filing by the Company a request to the Lenders for consent to extend the deadline for payment of bridge financing

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer" or "Company" or "Borrower"), with reference to the Current Report No. 27/2020, informs that in connection with the ongoing arrangements regarding the detailed conditions of bridging financing, of which the Company informed in Current Report No. 28/2020 ("Bridging Financing"), the Company is still in talks with the investor in order to agree on the terms and the new deadline for Bridging Financing. Therefore, the Company applied to Bank BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., Bank Millennium S.A., Santander Bank Polski S.A. and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. ("Lenders") with a request to extend the deadline for disbursement of Bridge Financing after April 30, 2020, i.e. longer than the deadline agreed by Annex No. 7 to the loan agreement of November 18, 2015, about which the Company informed in current report no. 28/2020.
In ongoing talks, the Company is requesting the payment of the Bridging Financing as soon as possible, however, it expects that it may be paid out in parts and that the completion of the whole of the Bridging Financing will be completed within the next few weeks. The Issuer will inform in subsequent current reports about the receipt of the last tranche of Bridge Financing.
