SPH dissimination of monthly sales information

Sofia, Bulgaria, February 1, 2023 – According to the requirements of art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: “BSE-Sofia” AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that in order to more accurately present and prevent deviations in the published information concerning the Company's monthly sales data, the Board of Directors of "Sopharma" AD adopted a decision to extend the deadline for the publication of the relevant information until the 20th of the month following the reporting period.
