Today, the court (Fővárosi Törvényszék Cégbírósága) registered the reduction of the company's capital and the amendment of its articles of association. Previous announcement: https://bet.hu/newkibdata/129058854/GM%20resolutions_20240430.pdf As a result of the capital reduction, the Company’s share capital reduced from HUF 166.061.090 to 132.699.660. The Company will begin the cancellation of the affected shares with the cooperation of KELER Zrt. After the cancellation of the shares, the number of shares issued by the Company decreased from 16,606,109 shares to 13,269,966 shares, within which the number of convertibledividend preference shares decreased from 5,456,109 shares to 2,119,966 shares.
