ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. ("Company") informs its Dear Investors, based on the information
provided by the plaintiff EETEK Ltd., that based on the information delivered today by the Metropolitan Court, the MNB submitted a review request to the Court against the decision of the Court, in which it was partially annulled by the MNB decision, upholding the plaintiff's previous claim that he did not influence the market.
