ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (The “Company”) informs its Dear Investors about the following
based on today’s notification of the Romanian operation: The Municipality of Targu Mures paid the bailiff 1,849,660.14 lei in inflation and 2,981.05 lei in enforcement costs within the framework of the enforcement initiated by E-Star Mures Energy SA. According to the information provided by the liquidator, since no further income is expected from E-Star Mures Energy SA, the liquidator will initiate the procedure for the final liquidation of the company after the payment of the above amounts by the bailiff. After deducting the costs, the ENEFI group is expected to receive approximately 220,000 Euros from the above amount, however, the date of this and the final amount to be distributed are currently unknown to the Company
