The Board of Directors decided today to modify the registered office of the Company and its group of companies to the following: 1015 Budapest, Csalogány utca 40. 3rd floor, room 6. The Company will purchase the property where the registered office will be located, the procedures for the sale and purchase and the registration of the registered office are in progress and have not yet been completed.
