ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. ("Company") informs its investors, based on the notification of its
affiliated company, Síaréna Kft., that the parties' out-of-court settlement efforts in connection with the previous complaint filed by Síaréna Kft. regarding the defamation offence have not been successful, and Síaréna Kft. has today initiated a court hearing of the case without attempting to reconcile the matter. On the basis of the above, the dispute between the parties will continue in court.
