SPH Exemption with regartds to Article 1(5)(g) of the Prospectus Regulation

“Sopharma” AD notifies that in accordance with Article 1(5)(g) of the Prospectus Regulation and with respect to the bonus share issue voted on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on 27 June 2025, Sopharma AD is exempt from the obligation to publish a prospectus.
