SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 17, 2025 the Company sold 512 000 (five hundred twelve thousand) treasury shares representing 0.09% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 1 459 045.20 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.85.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 695 745 representing 2.54% of the share capital of the Company.
