SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on January 30, 2026 the Company sold 149 272 (one hundred forty-nine thousand two hundred and seventy-two) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 271 153.68 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.82.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 12 904 291 representing 2.39% of the share capital of the Company.
