ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (“Company”) informs its Dear Investors that today, the
Company’s shareholder, Csaba Soós, initiated the convening of the Company’s general meeting, along with the simultaneous submission of agenda items and resolution proposals. The Company publishes the proposal as an attachment to this announcement, stating that it will examine the contents thereof itself and, if the conditions are met, will take action regarding the convening of the general meeting.
