SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on April 09, 2026 the Company sold 15 000 (fifteen thousand) treasury shares representing 0.003% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 25 865.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.72.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 611 500 representing 1.97% of the share capital of the Company.
