SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on April 01, 2026 the Company sold 2 000 (two thousand) treasury shares representing 0.0004% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 3 460.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.73.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 703 500 representing 1.99% of the share capital of the Company.
