SPH Notification for sales revenues for February 2026

Sofia, Bulgaria, March 20, 2026 – According to the requirements of Art. 100t of the Law on Public Offering of Securities (LPOS), “Sopharma” AD (SFA: “Bulgarian Stock Exchange” AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies, that February 2026 the Company recorded an increase in sales of 106% compared to the same month of the previous year, incl. 8% increase in domestic sales and 230% increase in export sales.
For the period from the beginning of 2026, the Company achieved sales growth of 6%, including a 36% decrease in domestic sales and a 37% growth in export sales.
