SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on March 26, 2026 the Company sold 148 752 (one hundred forty-eight thousand seven hundred fifty-two) treasury shares representing 0.03% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 258 676.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.74.
