SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on March 24, 2026 the Company sold 200 500 (two hundred thousand and five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.04% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 350 975.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.75.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 11 163 663 representing 2.07% of the share capital of the Company.
