SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on April 15, 2026 the Company sold 9 000 (nine thousand) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 15 890.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.77.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 596 500 representing 1.97% of the share capital of the Company.
