SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on April 17, 2026 the Company sold 28 500 (twenty-eight thousand five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 49 186.50 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.73.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 552 000 representing 1.96% of the share capital of the Company.
