SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, April 28, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on April 27, 2026 the Company sold 29 500 (twenty-nine thousand five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 50 342.79 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.71.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 522 500 representing 1.95% of the share capital of the Company.
