SPH Notification for sales revenues for April 2026

Sofia, Bulgaria, May 20, 2026 – According to the requirements of Art. 100t of the Law on Public Offering of Securities (LPOS), “Sopharma” AD (SFA: “Bulgarian Stock Exchange” AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies, that April 2026 the Company recorded an increase in sales of 115% compared to the same month of the previous year, incl. 27% increase in domestic sales and 191% increase in export sales.
For the period from the beginning of 2026, the Company achieved sales growth of 32%, including a 17% decrease in domestic sales and a 61% growth in export sales.
