SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, May 28, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 27, 2026 the Company sold 41 950 (forty-one thousand nine hundred and fifty) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 77 346.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.84.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 660 000 representing 1.79% of the share capital of the Company.
