SPH Notification for sale of treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, May 26, 2026 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on May 22, 2026 the Company sold 29 500 (twenty-nine thousand five hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of EUR 54 555.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was EUR 1.85.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 721 000 representing 1.80% of the share capital of the Company.
