WSE Postponement of the date of acquisition of shares

The Management Board of Work Service S.A. (Hereinafter referred to as: "Issuer") in reference to current report No. 66/2017 dated 6 July 2017, informs that the date of the first tranche of the share purchase in the share capital of Prohuman 2004 Kft. seated in Budapest, Hungary („Prohuman”) covering 12% shares (First Completion Date) from Profólió Projekt Tanácsadó Kft. („Seller”) seated in Budapest, Hungary set out in a New Quota Sale and Purchase Agreement regarding Quota in Prohuman of 5 July 2017 (the "Agreement") will be postponed.
The parties to the Agreement are in the process of setting a new date for the first tranche of the acquisition of Prohuman’s shares - First Completion Date and the preparation of an annex to the aforementioned Agreement. The conclusion of the annex is planned in the coming week. As a result of the analysis, the Issuer found that it is justified that the indicatedabove information should be qualified as confidential information within the meaning of Article 17(1) MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report.
