Zarząd Grupa Żywiec S.A. (dalej ,,Spółka’’) informuje o wpłynięciu w dniu 24 października 2022 roku, zawiadomienia Pani Charlene de Carvalho-Heineken o zwiększeniu pośredniego udziału w kapitale zakładowym oraz zwiększeniu liczby głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu Grupa Żywiec S.A.
