PEN Notifications on transactions received under art. 19 MAR

The management board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that it received today from the Director of New Energy Division, Mr. Borys Tomala a notification on transactions on bonds of the Issuer (the “Notification”) in line with the Article 19.1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation).
