DAT Zawarcie aneksu do umowy z PKN Orlen S.A. Signing an annex to agreement with PKN Orlen.

Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (“Spółka”, “Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym został zawarty aneks do umowy pomiędzy Emitentem i PKN Orlen S.A. z siedzibą w Płocku ("Klient"), o której Spółka informowała raportem bieżącym nr 4/2020 z dnia 14 lutego 2020 r. oraz nr 21/2022 z dnia 22 czerwca 2022 r. Na podstawie aneksu Strony rozszerzyły o kolejne 3 lata współpracę w zakresie utrzymania i rozbudowy systemu DataWalk wdrożonego u Klienta.
Zarząd uznał fakt zawarcia aneksu do umowy za informację poufną ponieważ ponowne rozszerzenie współpracy może mieć pozytywny wpływ na pozycję konkurencyjną Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta, co może przekładać się w przyszłości na sytuację finansową oraz perspektywy rozwoju Emitenta i jego Grupy Kapitałowej. The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. (“Company", “Issuer"), registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that today an annex to the agreement with PKN Orlen S.A. registered in Płock, Poland, has been concluded, which is a continuation of the cooperation which the Company reported February 14, 2020 (report No. 4/2020) and June 22, 2022 (report No. 21/2022). Based on this annex, the Parties have extended the cooperation for another 3 years in maintaining and expanding the DataWalk system implemented at the Client's premises. The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that the conclusion of the annex to the agreement is confidential information because the extension of cooperation may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
