UCG Notice of early redemption: UniCredit S.p.A. US$1,250,000,000 Non Cumulative Temporary Write-Down deeply Subordinated Fixed Rate Resettable Notes (the “Notes”) ISIN XS1046224884

With reference to the above mentioned Notes, issued on 3 April 2014, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, UniCredit S.p.A. announces that, having received the European Central Bank authorisation, it will exercise the option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 3 June 2024 (the First Call Date).
